TURKEY AGAIN NOT INCLUDED IN EU'S SAFE TRAVEL LIST

Aslıhan DOĞRU -TDO- The European Union (EU) has expanded its 'safe travel list'.

The list already includes Albania, Australia, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Rwanda, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, the United States, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The 11 newly added countries are Canada, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Jordan, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Turkey was not included in the list.

However, the 'Digital Vaccination Certificate', which will enable the resumption of unrestricted travel within the EU, is also coming into force.

From July 1st, restrictions will also be reduced for visa holders from outside Europe.
