Serhat TUNAR -TDO- United States President Donald Trump has indicated he will unveil his plan, which aims to bring peace to the Middle East and touted as the deal of the century, on Tuesday, just before his acceptance by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and opposition leader Benny Gantz.
Trump, who invited both Israeli leaders to the White House last Thursday, said in a statement via his social media account that the United States is looking forward to meeting with Netanyahu and Gantz.
Prime Minister Netanyahu said the plan, which the Trump administration will unveil shortly, was of historic importance. Netanyahu said this kind of opportunity can only happen once in history, adding that they should not miss it.
The rollout of the plan, which Donald Trump said he would announce on Tuesday, has been delayed many times since last year. The economic pillar of the plan, of which Trump's son-in-law and chief adviser, Jared Kushner, is the architect, was unveiled last June. Kushner, who said he had prepared the most comprehensive economic plan for Palestine and the Middle East in history so far, suggested that the $ 50 billion economic plan would contribute to growth, reduce unemployment by 10 percent and create about 1 million jobs.
