News Center -TDO- A Thai cooking show was held to celebrate Songkran (Thai New Year), organized by the Thai Embassy in Ankara in cooperation with the Department of Tourism and hotel management of Bilkent University.

The event was attended by employees of the Embassy of Thailand and teachers and students from Bilkent University of Tourism Management and Hotel Management.

At the event, famous dishes such as Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai and Thai desserts were served with a special dessert menu.

Foi tanga Sbacnats Delight, which reflects the perfect combination of Thai desserts with Turkish ingredients, was made for the first time.

The event was held to draw attention to the Thai - Turkish friendship.
