Serhat TUNAR -TDO- The leaders of Kosovo and Serbia signed an agreement on economic normalization between the two countries at a ceremony attended by United States President Donald Trump.
Along with the agreement, Serbia said it would move the Israeli embassy to Jerusalem, and Kosovo decided to recognize Israel.
After two days of talks between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, the United States side announced co-operation on investment and employment.
"Trump has announced that Serbia and Kosovo have reached an agreement on economic normalization," White House deputy spokesman Judd Deree said in a statement. “Another historic agreement made possible by this president to make the world a more peaceful and prosperous place."
