Serhat TUNAR -TDO- China, where an outbreak of coronavirus caused about 4 and a half million people to be infected worldwide, has begun efforts to prevent a second wave of outbreaks early.
Chinese authorities have announced coronavirus testing for 11 million people in the city of Wuhan, where the outbreak first appeared, following a recent outbreak in the city where zero cases were reported late last month.
The people of Wuhan are also informed about the tests, called nucleic acid testing. Surveys submitted by the administration provide information on the content of the test, while households are also asked to answer some questions about their health history. The test, intended to prevent the second wave of the outbreak, will be conducted within 10 days to 11 million people.
