İlknur Şebnem Öztemel-TDO-26.07.2017- According to Independent News, Russian President Vladimir Putin told to the US President, Donald Trump, during their closed-door meeting in G20 that "Moscow’s cyber operators are so good at covert computer-network operations that if they had dipped into the Democratic National Committee’s systems, they would not have been caught."

It seems, regardless of hour-long hand-shaking and eye-dwindling processes, leaders had talked about significant issues too. Nevertheless, their focus was political topic rather than economic problems. Also, this may be an illusion as main stream media coverages of G20 was detailed in this sense. We have just started to learn something.  A signifcant detail was just revealed by Trump’s communications director Anthony Scaramucci in an CNN interview.

Scaramucci  alleged that  in the private meeting between the leaders of the two super powers,  their foreign Ministers, Lavrov and Tillerson, Putin said "You would have never had any evidence of them, meaning that they're super confident in their deception skills and hacking " to his American counterpart.

He leaked what President told to him in Airforce 1, in his interview with Jake Topper. He asserted that “someone" had told him Russian hackers were too good to be detected. "You know, somebody said to me yesterday — I won't tell you who — that if the Russians actually hacked this situation and spilled out those e-mails, you would have never seen it". Later he admitted that his source was Trump.  He said "I talked to him yesterday. He called me from Air Force One. And he basically said to me, 'Hey, you know, this is - maybe they did it. Maybe they didn't do it".

Few weeks ago, Putin praised Russian girls as they are ‘’the most beautiful and the best’’. Then, he extolled Russian hackers as they hide one’s light under a bushel. There is no doubt that Russians are distinctive and Putin is a different leader that does not hesitate to highlight this.

On the other hand, Trump is not relaxed like his Russian counterpart as his administration even family members are under an investigation regarding claims about Russian interference to presidential elections. Recently, Trump's son-in-law and White House adviser Jared Kushner was questioned by the court. Donald Trump Jr and former campaign manager Paul Manafort are set to testify later this week. It is pontificated that all three were involved in a suspcious meeting at Trump Tower in June 2016 with a Russian lawyer with ties to the Kremlin, Natalia Veselnitskaya.

Meanwhile, American Senate and EU are about to expand sanctions against Russian Federation in spite of oppositions. Russia has stumbled along at barely 1 percent growth already.
