Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that if the arms embargo imposed on his country is not lifted, it would have severe consequences, Iranian state television reported.
"The Americans oppose the lifting of arms sanctions," Rouhani said in a speech at a Cabinet meeting. The United States government should know that lifting the arms embargo is a condition of the nuclear agreement. If the arms embargo is not lifted, the consequences will be severe."
The Iranian President did not elaborate on the strategy they would implement if the arms embargo is not lifted, and continued: "I stated in the last paragraph of my letter to the leaders of Western countries what we would do about it. They know how heavy the outcome will be."
