POSTAGE STAMP MADE FROM TOILET PAPER FOR CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK IN AUSTRIA

25/10/2020

Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Austria's National Postal Service has announced it has produced a new postage stamp made of three layers of toilet paper with the famous baby elephant figure on it, which has become the country's anti-coronavirus symbol. It was noted that the importance of social distance was noted with this special production postage stamp.

The reason the cub elephant was popular was that it was used in public spots as the first wave of the outbreak continued to show that people should keep as much distance between each other as when following the mother of a cub elephant.

And the postage stamp says, 'the distances that connect us.' There is also a Coronavirus figure on the stamp, recalling how much social distance should be left.
