News Center -TDO- With great host of Elif Denizci ( Chief Lecturer) and Eda Güler (Department Head) from Tourism and Hotel Management Department of Bilkent University, event of Filipino Cuisine and Culture was organized at faculty building.
Ambassador, other delegates of embassy and members of Bilkent University Gastronomy Society did attend to this great event. In this event, Chicken Adobo and Buko Pandan taking important part of Filipino cuisine was prepared by giving information in detail about cooking style and ingredients. Then, these delicious foods were given to each of students for tasting.
In this organisation which information of rich Filipino culture was presented, students gained different experience within a cheerful atmosphere.
