PFIZER CEO ALBERT BOURLA SELLS STAKE

Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Pfizer Chief Executive Albert Bourla sold a 60 percent stake in the United States-based pharmaceutical company on the day promising results for the coronavirus vaccine candidate were announced.

The sale is part of a pre-arranged periodic divestment plan when the stock reaches a certain price, the company said.

Sally Susman, who served as vice president at the company, also sold about $ 1.8 million worth of stock.

It was noted that the sale was legal, as it was made on pre-planned and set dates according to the United States Capital Market Law.
