NORTH KOREA LAUNCHES BALLISTIC MISSILE FROM SUBMARINE

According to the South Korean authorities, North Korea launched submarine-based ballistic missiles from its east coast on 24th of August. In their declaration, the authorities declared that the missile entered Japan’s air defence identification zone. Although United Nations had banned the development of ballistic missile Technologies, since Kim Jong-Un took the chair as the national leader of North Korea in 2011 almost 30 missiles have been launched.It is assumed that the missile launch was a reaction to the drill which is to be conducted mutually between United States of America and South Korea. The joint military exercise has initiated on 22nd of August and will last for 2 weeks. 25.000 American troops participate to the annual military exercise.İrem Göl
