Aslıhan DOĞRU -TDO- The recent increase in the number of new cases of new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) in Malta has prompted the government to act.
Maltese Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Chris Fearne announced that people who have not been vaccinated or have not been vaccinated will not be admitted to Malta from July 14th.
Anyone entering the country will be asked to submit a formal vaccination certificate indicating they have been vaccinated.
Minister Fearne said only vaccination certificates issued by the European Union (EU) and the UK would be accepted.
