Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Millions of Chinese will travel to other cities for the holiday during the five-day Labor Day, which began after months of quarantine enforcement was loosened in China, where the Coronavirus outbreak unfolded.
As is known, the Chinese government decided last week to ease restrictions imposed in the cities of Hubei province, Beijing and Tianjin to combat the Coronavirus outbreak.
It was also announced that there would be no 14-day quarantine for those who would go on holiday on their return. The quarantine will apply to those coming from abroad, Hubei and high-risk areas.
Chinese Transport Minister Li Xiaopeng, who told local media outlets about the issue, said 117 million people were expected to travel during the holiday.
