Aslıhan DOĞRU -TDO- Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the arrest of Russian dissident Alexei Navalny was an internal affair of the country.
Peskov discussed to reporters his statements on the release of Russian dissident Alexei Navalny, who was arrested on his return to Russia from Germany.
Peskov said that they did not take into notice the statements about Navalny and that Navalny had violated Russian law.
Peskov said they are interested in establishing good relations with all countries. "This is purely an internal affair of our country. We're not going to let anyone interfere. We do not intend to consider such statements," he said.
Peskov underlined that the situation is not of interest to Russian President Vladimir Putin and that the rights of Russian citizens are guaranteed by the laws in the country.
