The government said it would suspend the entry of foreign nationals into the country from December 28 until the end of January. Japanese citizens and foreigners who have a residence permit in the country will be subject to a 14-day quarantine on their entry into the country, the government said, adding that these people will be required to submit a negative result of a Coronavirus test 72 hours before leaving their departure points.
