Meteo France meteorological service announced that the highest temperature for France recorded in the south of the country in the city of Gallargues-le-Montueux, since the  44.1 degrees temperature recorded in 2003.

French Health Minister Agnes Buzyn said in a statement on the issue that each individual is under risk and the second highest level orange alarm situation has been applied in the south of the country.

The authorities also shared with the French people that the use of water can be restricted if extreme temperatures persist.

Moreover, just like France, in Spain, which is experiencing the hottest days in its history, has announced the death of a 17-year-old and 80-year-old citizen due to extreme temperatures.
