Serhat TUNAR -TDO- In Spain, five Catalan politicians, who were entitled to enter parliament in the last month's elections, had their deputies from the tribunal following the court's decision to temporarily evacuate.
MPs who were brought to the Spanish Parliament building by civil police took an oath in parliament and took theircertificate of election. In the oath ceremony, the deputies of the Catalan and Basque parties were also present.
The Spanish Supreme Court, Oriol Junqueras, JosepRull, Jordi Turull, Jordi Sanchez and Raul Romeva, announced the decision to take the certificate of electionafter the temporary evictions and to participate in the parliamentary session on Tuesday.
The Catalan MPs returned to the prison after they had sworn in at the parliamentary session and took their certificate of election.
