CORONAVIRUS SPOTTED ON MINK FARM IN FRANCE

Serhat TUNAR -TDO- For the first time since the Coronavirus outbreak began in France, traces of coronavirus were found on a mink farm, and it was announced that a thousand Minks had been culled.

According to a statement from the French Ministry of Agriculture and livestock, a thousand animals were culled at a mink farm located 120 kilometers west of Paris, and leather and similar products obtained from mink that were detected with the virus will be destroyed.

France's Ministry of Agriculture and livestock also announced that there are 4 large mink farms in the country, an inspection of one of these farms found no trace of coronavirus, and work on the other two is continuing.

Inspections of the outbreak will take at least a week, officials added.
