Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Commercial activities between Qatar and Saudi Arabia resumed after a break of about 4 years.

A statement from Qatar's General Administration of Customs said the procedures for commercial movement from the Selva border crossing in Saudi Arabia to the Abu Semra border crossing in Qatar had begun with completion.

Truck drivers arriving at the Selva border crossing must receive a certificate with a 72-hour validity period approved by the Saudi Ministry of Health, which shows that coronavirus testing is performed, the statement said, drivers and trucks carrying products to the country through the Abu Semra border crossing will not be allowed to enter Qatar, and the goods will be delivered by the importer and loaded onto their trucks.
