Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ankara Kubanıçbek Ömüraliyev, who started his speech by greeting protocol guests, Press Members, Kyrgyz and Turkish citizens, continued his speech as follows: “Today, we commemorate the world-famous author of the Kyrgyz people, the great man Cengiz Aytmatov, on the 92nd anniversary of his birth. A year ago, we witnessed the opening ceremony of Aytmatov's statue here. This park, in which the ceremony is held today, and the statue of the author erected here are evidence of the respect of the Turkish people for him. For this reason, once again, I would like to thank Keçiören Mayor Mr. Turgut Altınok and all the officials of Keçiören Municipality.
Every people has their own great writers and poets. The authors ' works are a source that describes and describes the character, history, customs, language and the stone and soil of their country. Cengiz Aytmatov is a national descriptive, opening the door to the inner world not only of the Kyrgyz people, but also of all the peoples who speak the Turkish language.
Cengiz Aytmatov showed with his great works that he is a humane thinker who calls for spiritual cleansing, innocence, and changes our view. His works have contributed greatly to enriching world civilization by being included in the list of world-level works.

Addressing the participants at the event, President Altınok said: “ Aytmatov, better known for his work Selvi Boylum Al Yazmalım, has many works. He also has very good words. Aytmatov will continue to live in hearts. It's not the lives that die, it's the skin that dies. Today we celebrate the birthday of a light, a star, a sun. This light is Cengiz Aytmatov. His works have been translated into 176 languages. 176 countries, 176 nations read Cengiz Aytmatov. Aytmatov is a light born into both the Turkic World, Russian literature and Kyrgyz literature. Born in the Şeker Village of Talas, which descended from the mountains of God, this value is a name that has left an important mark. He explained the Turkish - Islamic culture and the geography of Turan to humanity.”
In his speech, Keçiören District Governor Uğur Bulut reminded that Cengiz Aytmatov was a writer who cost the world with hundreds of his works.
