Serhat TUNAR -TDO- British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said he wants his country to leave the current transition period without signing a trade agreement with the European Union, and has claimed that the level of prosperity in his country will rise further with a separation that will be negotiated or non-agreed.
Boris Johnson, speaking to Britain's SKY News about the Brexit process, said they were prepared for any possibility, including border issues that could arise due to their departure from the European Union.
The British Prime Minister said: "We have to make everyone understand that we are leaving the EU, we are leaving the transition period, no matter what happens by the end of the year. It is important for our European partners to understand what the UK wants to do."
Johnson said: "the level of UK prosperity will rise even further, whether there is a deal or not. We can have an Australian-style agreement or solution. They can also offer us a Canadian-style solution, we are ready for both possibilities."
