Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Syrian President Bashar al-Assad made a speech at a press conference on the latest developments in the country; targeting groups supported by the region in the region and said, "United States will not protect you when their job will be done.”
Assad met with local representatives and journalists from all over the country, and argued that the Western states’ plan to divide Syria was not new and that some states' Syrian policies aimed at supporting terrorism and abolishing state authority.
"Americans will put you in their pockets as items to be used in the swap, and they will leave you in the middle," the Syrian President said, targeting groups backed by America. Assad also said, "Nobody can protect you except your state."
Syrian President also stated, “Syria is not a property that can be stolen by the thieves,” while he did not specify which group he used this expression.
