Serhat TUNAR -TDO- European Union Brexit Negotiator Michel Barnier told reporters that the UK side has not yet offered any legal and operational alternative proposals for Brexit.
Barnier said they expect the Johnson government to propose solutions, and the European Union is ready to work on all proposals from the other side.
The date given by the governments of France and the Finnish President to the British government for alternative proposals is known as September 30th.
Barnier stated that he did not want to comment on the deepening crisis about Brexit, while the parliament, which was suspended by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in England, regrouped following the Supreme Court decision.
Brexit, previously scheduled for March 29th, was postponed twice, after the agreement with the European Union was not ratified in parliament.
