AUSTRIA AND SERBIA VOW TO STOP AFGHAN REFUGEES ENTERING EUROPE

Aslıhan DOĞRU -TDO- Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz traveled to Belgrade, Serbia, where he met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

After the meeting, the two leaders announced that they agreed to prevent Afghan refugees from entering Europe.

At a joint press conference, the Austrian Chancellor said that "Afghanistan's neighbours should accept" Afghan migrants instead of the European Union (EU).

The Chancellor, who has signed up to a strict refugee policy in his country, also said he had discussed migrants with Afghanistan's neighbours.
