News Center -TDO- “Asean Ladies Circle” was the first of the healthy living activities in our country organized by Şuay Nilhan Açıkalın, the director of International Relations at the private Medisis Hospital.
The event was attended by Ana Algabre Hernandez, spouse of the Ambassador of the Philippines and President of the Asean Ladies Circle, as well as embassy employees of ASEAN countries.
Ana Algabre Hernandez, who gave a speech here, said “Good Morning! On behalf of my colleagues Mr. Sinta and Mr. Elma from the ASEAN Ladies Circle, let me thank the private Medisis Hospital for welcoming us in this “good health, good vibes” program.”
I would like to mention in particular, thank you very much for your generous treats. I would like to thank Ms. Şuay and Attaché Sheila, head of the International Relations Department, for carrying out this event.
You know, aside from the ones we love, I used to think the most important things in life were time and money. We need both time and money to travel and spend time with our loved ones. I need time and some money to be able to do the things that I personally love. Like to paint!
But I have to tell you, I can paint even when I'm not good spiritually, but I can't if I'm not good physically - because I need to be much more creative.
Waking up with a sick body and aches makes your day very inefficient.
Therefore, health is wealth!
One of the things we're going to do today is oil analysis. I think that's pretty useful to each of us.
I'm looking forward to showing off my belly fat and being told how to get out of it so I can have a fabulous body!
Joking aside, belly fat is a major problem-it's like a ticking time bomb strapped to your stomach because of the damage it does to your liver.
We, as diplomats, live our lives by going from one country to another, from one residence to another, and we want to make sure that wherever we go, we always have a convenient space. We women, in particular, are trying to make our housing more peaceful and always decent-looking for guests. I applaud us for that!
However, before this one-minute conversation ends, I'd like to say in 20 seconds:
What is more important than taking care of our housing is taking care of our own care spiritually, physically and emotionally? Because your body is the most permanent and the only place your soul will live all your life!
Keep that thought on the edge of your mind and enjoy the event!
Thank you very much!”
After the speeches, International Relations Director Şuay Nilhan Açıkalın showed the guests the hospital.
