Aslıhan DOĞRU -TDO- In the Anti-racism demonstrations that began in the United States and spread around the world, Anti-racism protesters and far-right activists have rallied in London.
The incident occurred at Trafalgar square in London, where police forces had a difficult time while trying to separate two groups.
One group of demonstrators chanted 'Black Lives Matter' slogans, while the other group chanted slogans with racist discourse.
There was also occasional tension between police forces and far-right activists who gathered in the square to take counter-acts and protect statues of figures who traded slaves through colonialism.
In particular, the attack on the Winston Churchill statue because of his "racist discourse" had disturbed British nationalists.
