İrem GÖL -TDO- The shooting occurred at night on Wednesday at the Moria refugee camp famous for being overcrowded. The camp was designed for less than 3,000 people but accommodates almost 20,000 migrants. After the shooting two asylum seekers were hospitalised with light injuries. The assailant remains unknown and was able to escape. The injured migrants are taken to the island’s hospital for precaution. An investigation has been launched. The police did not provide further details.
