İlknur Şebnem Öztemel – TDO -A 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit North-East of Japan which was felt in Tokyo, led tsunami near Fukushima and 12 people were injured. According to Reuters, a 7.4 magnitude earthquake happened in 05:59, caused 14 metres height waves in high sea and approximately 3 metres in the coast. Also in Sunaoshi River, water level has risen. Another 9.0 magnitude earthquake and tsunami happened in the same region and led a nuclear disaster in 2011. As it has been announced by Japanese State Television NHK, specialists try to understand whether plants were affected or not.
