News Center -TDO-China’s Ambassador to Turkey Deng Li hosted a reception at Ankara Marriott Hotel in consequence of 70th Anniversary of Establishment of the People’s Republic of China.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yavuz Selim Kıran, political party representatives, heads of diplomatic missions in Ankara and many other guests attended to the reception.
In his opening speech, Chinese Ambassador to Turkey Deng Li said, "China is ready for cooperation with Turkey to develop constantly, bring benefits to the two peoples together and are ready to guard the stability and prosperity of the world. This year was expected of China's FDI stock in Turkey to reach $ 4 billion.”
Ambassador Li also said that the Belt and Road Project aiming to revive the historic Silk Road and Turkey’s "Central Corridor" strategy should be connected.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kıran also made a speech at the reception and said thatwithin the scope of Turkey's multi-dimensional foreign policy priority to develop relations with China in all fields, he said that they attach great importance and China is an important strategic partner for themselves.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kıran also told thatthe joint will and vision of the leaders of the two countries expressed that the relations are developing rapidly.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kıran,drew attention to “Re-Asia” policy announced by Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and hey have great potential for cooperation with China under the “Belt and Road” initiative.
Deputy Minister Kiran said, "Turkey and they deepen strategic cooperation China's ties to further strengthen between our peoples, offers unique opportunities for global peace and prosperity and mutual desire of our country to assess these opportunities are available."
