Serhat TUNAR -TDO- In the Saqqara necropolis, 24 kilometres southwest of Egypt's capital Cairo, 14 new sarcophagus dating back nearly 2,500 years were discovered in a well.
Egypt's Culture Ministry said in a statement that 13 sarcophagi were unearthed in the same area last week.
