Serhat TUNAR -TDO-Murtaja Qureiris, who was arrested at the age of 13 and protested for the murder of his brother by security forces in Saudi Arabia, faces a death penalty. Amnesty International called on the Riyadh administration to suspend the execution.
Amnesty International, investigating the incident with news in the local media, announced that Qureiris, who has been imprisoned in Saudi prison for 5 years, is being tried for terrorism and incitement to rebellion.
According to Amnesty International, his brother was killed by police during protests during the Arab Spring when Qureiris was only 10 years old, and Murtaja Qureiris took part in protests to protest the situation. When he joined the protest, Qureiris, 10 years old, was arrested by Saudi police three years later on his way to Bahrain with his family.
