Serhat TUNAR -TDO- The United States and Russia agreed on the day of the new nuclear deal talks, and the two states agreed to invite China to those talks as well.
Marshall Billingslea, the United States Special Representative for Arms Control, said on his social media account: "we have agreed with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov on the location and time of the nuclear deal negotiations. China has also been invited to these talks."
As it is known, the Russian government took its first official step at the end of 2019 to re-extend the New START nuclear agreement, which has been in force since 2011 and will end in February 2021, for 5 years. In November, Russia offered the United States a renewal of the 'New START' agreement, which expires in 2021.
