Serhat TUNAR -TDO- The trial process in the Senate has officially begun after Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, signed two articles on the grounds of President Donald Trump's dismissal.
The seven members who will serve as prosecutors during the trial have read the dossier written to members of the Senate on the grounds of their dismissal.
John Roberts, president of the Supreme Court, who will run the trial process in the Senate, will again be sworn in in the Senate. After that, each senator who will serve as a jury in the trial will take an oath of impartiality.
The Federal Government Accountability Office, which serves as the Supreme Court of Auditors in the United States, also warned that the White House violated the law by cutting back on support for the security section of aid to Ukraine. According to the agency's report, blocking military aid despite approval by Congress is a violation of the law.
