THAI FOOD COOKING EVENT IN BILKENT




News Center -TDO-The “Thai Food Cooking Event” organized by the Thai Embassy and Bilkent University School of Applied Technology and Management Department of Tourism and hotel management was held in Ankara.

Under the supervision of Phantipha Lamsudha Ekarohit, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Turkey, students from Bilkent University School of Applied Technology and Management Department of Tourism and Hotel Management and Chefs Anucha Panikorn, Aranya Mingkwan and Phonphen Mongkhon from Thailand served as part of the Thai Food Festival.

Thai chefs and students prepared some of Thai delicacies including  Por Pia Tod (Fried Spring Rolls), Gang Kaew Wan Gai (Chicken Green Curry), Kluay Chuerm (Banana is syrup and coconut milk).
