"Through the efforts of our Nation, Army and law enforcement, we have managed to resist all these difficulties and become a strong state. Today, Pakistan is on its way to becoming a developed welfare state and has a strong Integrated Defence Force. As a nation, we are committed to making Pakistan a democratic welfare state in which everyone lives in peace."

A banner reading ‘Respect for the martyrs of Pakistan’ was displayed on the garden wall of the embassy, with pictures of Pakistani martyred soldiers on it.
