The Ministry of intelligence has sent us documents suggesting that counter-revolutionary groups are aiming to halt economic activity and production in Iran. We must not allow them to achieve their goals. However, everyone must follow the instructions of the Ministry of Health. Police forces are also responsible for carrying out these instructions in all states."
