ITALIAN CUISINE WEEK HELD FOR FOURTH TIME

News Center -TDO-Italian Embassy hosted a promotional meeting at Ankara HiltonSA Hotel in consequence of the “4th Italian Cuisine Week”.

The event was attended by Margherita Giannessi, Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of Italy, Christoph Bob, Michelin-starred Chef, Luigi Gentile, director of the Office of Economics and trade at the Embassy of Italy, Marc Schumacher, general manager of HiltonSA in Ankara, and Cenan Balcı, director of food and beverage operations at HiltonSA in Ankara.

The Italian Embassy, the Consulate General of Italy in Istanbul, the Italian Cultural Center in Istanbul and the Consulate in Izmir organized a rich calendar of events to promote the Italian tradition of enogastronomy and its unique products.

Ankara HiltonSA will host the “tastes of Italy" event with Michelin-starred chef Christoph Bob from November 19th and 23rd. Three separate events will be held in Ankara Hiltonsa in cooperation with the Italian Embassy in the scope of the “Italian Week in the world” series of events that will take place between 19th and 23rdof November this year.

Between November 20th and 23rd, Chef Christoph Bob will present gourmet Italian delicacies in his dinner concept. On November 23rd, the' food making workshop ' will teach participants in the teaching of Chef Christoph Bob to make a classic Italian menu. On the evening of November 23rd, Italy's special homemade pastas will give guests a feast of flavor at the dinner.
