Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu met with German Foreign Minister Heiko Mass. In a joint statement after the meeting, he made assessments of the agenda.
The Foreign Minister said it was Greece that raised tensions in the Eastern Mediterranean, adding: "Do not put yourself at risk by coming to the doldrums of some countries. If you take the wrong steps, we won't have an accident this time, we'll do whatever it takes."
Mevlut Cavusoglu said that Greece and Southern Cyprus have long continued their exclusionary and one-sided activities in the Eastern Mediterranean, adding: "Therefore, we are not the ones raising tensions in the Eastern Mediterranean. Greece is the Greek part. The latest example of this is the Greek military exercises in the region yesterday."
