Serhat TUNAR -TDO- After the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, another Arab country, also reached an agreement to normalize relations with Israel, and this decision will be announced by United States President Donald Trump.

According to Israeli media reports on the issue, Bahrain and Israel have decided to sign an agreement to normalize relations. According to the Times of Israel, the agreement reached between the two countries will be announced by Trump.

Israeli media had previously written that Bahrain, after the United Arab Emirates, wanted to normalize relations with Tel Aviv.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry issued a written statement on the rapprochement between the two countries. The statement included the following statements:

"We are concerned and strongly condemn Bahrain's decision to pursue the United Arab Emirates and establish diplomatic relations with Israel in the caliphate of commitments within the framework of the Arab Peace Initiative and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

The move will deal a new blow to efforts to defend the Palestinian cause and further encourage Israel to continue its illegitimate practices towards Palestine and its attempts to make the occupation of the Palestinian Territories permanent.

The only way to establish lasting peace and stability in the Middle East is through a just and comprehensive settlement of the Palestinian issue within the framework of international law and UN resolutions. As a result of the pressure and coercion of non-regional actors, irresponsible compromises made with narrow concerns of interest cannot eliminate or replace this fact.”
