Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Amazon, the world's largest online shopping company, continues to invest in driverless car technologies. It was announced that Amazon would finally buy the company Zoox, which develops driverless car technologies.
Founded in 2014, Zoox was known for aiming to develop a taxi app that works with autonomous vehicles. Amazon, which did not share information on how much the sale was completed, announced that the company would continue its operations separately from the headquarters.
Jeff Wilke, Amazon's head of Retail, said in a statement: "We are delighted to support the talented Zoox team in achieving their dreams in the years ahead."
