AGUNG VOLCANO ERUPT IN BALI




Serhat TUNAR -TDO - Mount Agung, on the island of Bali in Indonesia, erupted for the first time after 1963. The volcano eruption in Bali and the ash cloud formed after that caused the flights to Australia to be canceled last night.

After the eruption in Mount Agung, authorities announced that the lava reached a height of about three kilometers and left dozens of villages under ash. The authorities did not make any statement about the total loss.

Following the discovery that Agung was operational in 2017, the level of the alarm was raised in the region and a significant decrease was observed in the region.
