WARSAW VETOED EU COMMISSION’S 2018 REPORT OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

Mustafa AY – TDO – 14.10.2018 Warsaw administration vetoed EU Commission’s 2018 report of fundamental rights because they found the report inadequate in terms of inclusiveness, which shortly means that it gives a priority to preservation of immigrant children and women and LGBT community members, but not cites protection of Christians and Jews from religious discrimination. Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro uttered that the validity of annual report for fundamental rights is unacceptable for themselves on the grounds that it has no characteristic of inclusiveness.
