VENEZUELA’S AMBASSADOR TO RUSSIA: OUR ARMY SUPPORTS MADURO




Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Venezuelan Ambassador to Russia Carlos Raphael FariaTortosa said that the threat of military intervention against the country continues, while the Venezuelan Army is supporting current president Nicolas Maduro.

"The threat of military intervention is still ongoing and the situation remains serious. The White House National Security Adviser, John Bolton, or Foreign Minister Mike Pompeo say they want to frighten us, but we have all seen what they have done in Iraq and Libya, "Tortosa said.

Mr. Ambassador also stated that “The Venezuelan army remains loyal to the current president and stands beside the current government and the president.”

Tortosa stressed that they do not need the help of the United States or Canada to solve their domestic problems, and that Venezuela can solve its own problems.
