The Diplomatic Observer has interviewed SETA Security Studies Director Dr. Murat Yeşiltaş on Turkey’s Middle East policy. According to Dr. Yeşiltaş who said that Turkey has not undertaken a strategic change in its foreign policy, “There have been some changes rather than a strategic transformation because during the Ak Party period, the strategy has always been the same; to win influence in the Middle East.
