THE GREATEST PROTEST IN THE HISTORY OF CZECH REPUBLIC

Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Czechia was the scene of the biggest protests in its history. In the protests where nearly 120 thousand people participated in the capital Prague, Prime Minister Andrej Babis, who was charged with corruption, was asked to resign.

In Prague, about 120,000 people descended on the street called the Prime Minister Babis to resign because of irregularities in European Union funds.

The protests, which began in late April, reached the Doruk point after a report by the European Commission was leaked. Although Prime Minister Andrej Babis described the leaked report as an attack against Czechia, it is not possible to say that Czech citizens believe in Babis.

In the EU report, Babis, the second richest person in the country, is using the EU funds, which are worth millions of euros before he took office.
