THE AMBASSADOR OF THE STATE OF QATAR IN TUNISIA SENDS A LETTER TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE ARAB LEAGUE EDUCATIONAL




Adel Tayari –TDO-(TUNUSİA) The Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Tunisia sends a letter to the Director of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization to solve the problem of students who are prohibited from continuing their studies in the countries of siege.

One of the most serious humanitarian repercussions on the embargo imposed on the State of Qatar from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt  , and as a result of harsh measures that do not conform to laws or customs or fraternal and neighborly ties, many Qatari students have been expelled from the siege countries  , non-Qatari students whose families reside in Qatar have also been expelled  and prevent them from continuing their studies  which has made many students, both Qataris or residents in a great ordeal, and they see their efforts during the whole school year is lost.

To solve this humanitarian problem, the State of Qatar has sought to contact international humanitarian organizations .

In this context, on Friday, July 7, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Tunis, Saad Nasser Al-Humaidi, met with the Assistant Director-General of the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science, Mohamed Abdel Bari Al-Qudsi  in the headquarters of the organization in the Tunisian capital, and handed him a letter from Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Wahid Al Hammadi, Minister of Education and Higher Education in the State of Qatar requesting the intervention of the Organization to resolve the file of Qatari and non-Qatari students  who were prevented by the siege imposed by Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt from continuing their education in the countries of siege or taking their examinations.
