PENCE TO EU STATES: WITHDRAW FROM NUCLEAR AGREEMENT WITH IRAN




Serhat TUNAR -TDO- In his speech at the Middle East Summit, US Vice President Mike Pence called on European Union allies to withdraw from the Iranian nuclear agreement.

Pencemade statements about Iran at the US and Poland hosted by the Middle East Summit held in Warsaw. The US Vice President has called on the US to withdraw its nuclear alliance, accusing its EU allies of trying to perpetrate sanctions against Tehran. "Unfortunately, some of our European allies did not cooperate with us," Pence said. "In fact, they pioneered efforts to create mechanisms to break our sanctions," he stated.

Mike Pence accused Iran of being a terrorist sponsor and stated that the attitudes of EU member states were a bad step that would only strengthen Iran, weaken the EU and further increase the distance between Europe and the United States.
