Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has appointed Mohammed Shtayyeh as the new prime minister of Palestine.
The President of Palestine gave the mission to form the new government to Mohammed Shtayyeh, a member of the Fatah Central Council of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement.
Hüseyin Eş-Şeyh, a member of the Fetih Central Council made a statement on his social media accounts and congratulated Mohammed Shtayyeh who was assigned to found the government and wished him success in his new position.
Palestinian official news agency WAFA has also announced to the public that Palestinian President Abbas has appointed Shtayyeh to form a government. Shtayyeh is also the President of the Palestinian Council for Development and Development.
