Serhat TUNAR -TDO-The draft law, prepared by the German Ministry of Interior, contains amendments to the asylum law, was adopted by the Federal Parliament. The German Bundestag paved the way for a faster expulsion of immigrants whose asylum application was denied by the new asylum law.
Under the new asylum law adopted, it will be easier to deport refugees who have been refused asylum and remain in Germany despite a decision to deport them.
In Germany, where around 25,000 immigrants were deported in 2018, the fact that refugees held in prison conceal their true identity will also be seen as a reason for their deportation.
German Interior Minister Horst Seehofer said that illegal housing should be deported, and that the Bundestag approved a law in line with this idea.
