NASA TO LAND ON THE MOON AGAIN IN 2024




Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Celebrating the 50th anniversary of mankind's landing on the Moon, the American Space Aviation Agency (NASA) will send an astronaut back to the Moon on a mission he calls Artemis 1. Within the scope of the Artemis 1 mission, the first female astronaut is also set on the moon.

NASA President Jim Bridenstine announced that they want to land on the Moon in 2024. Bridenstine said that the presence of glaciers on the Moon means water to drink and air to breathe. Bridenstine also added that water on the Moon can be used as rocket fuel.

NASA President, Artemis 1 using the resources on the Moon to create a sustainable cycle said they want to create.

NASA's astronauts, Neil Armstrong, Edwin Aldrin and Michael Collins, left the Earth on July 16, 1969 with the Apollo 11 mission and landed on the Moon orbit on July 20, 1969.
